waiting 4 sources - A problem trying to download Torrents with Limewire

hello...can i ask for assistance because when i download a torrent and open it on limewire, it says waiting for sources but after 300 secs it just start again but after it finishes it displays need more sources..please help me,,i desperately need to watch the file...........
