Best program for burning DVDS
 

Right now I'm using ConvertXtoDVD. Can anyone recommend something better?

I find that the quality isn't too great when I watch them on the TV.

This is one of those questions that have been answered Many Many Times. Use the Forum Search Function to help with this Question.

It may also depend on quality of file you downloaded. Many people share video files that are really only VCD or SVCD format & thus have been reduced dramatically in quality from the original. In some cases no matter which program you choose to convert the files for burning, the original file quality has dropped so much quality it's only going to drop a little more during the conversion & burn process.
