How to remove limewire options tool

His there a way to remove this option, because i live with my friends, and we share the internet in laptops, but my friend use all the internet conection downloading song, and i can do my stuf, is there a solution to remove or cansel this option, to limited limewire example 50kbs, thanks for read the post
