transfer error10022

When i try to download files i get the a transfer error. When i check it out i get the transfer error 10022. My isp is AOL. I ma aware this may cause a problem but i need a newbie guide to resolve it if this is the case.

AOL is most likely the problem. It can mess up your whole hard drive. Get a new ISP.
