Toadnode NOT discontinued!
FYI: Toadnode was never discontinued. They did stop releasing any new clients, as they were rewriting Toadnode to be modular (able to use many different networks).
Check out http://www.toadnode.com for a 15-day trial ($5.00 to purchase). I think a lot of people will enjoy the improvements since the last ToadNode... |

Under normal cicrumstances, a company wouldn't have to worry about things like that. But then again....
Seriously though, is it worth the efforts by "freely" distributing a $5.00 application? If that were so, they might as well fortify it with automated Bonzi Buddy, New.Net, Gator and ClickTillUWin installations ;-) |

ToadNode is worth buying but I think all client should be free.
