Nope, there is no issue. If you happen to have found a single result then began downloading it and it became queued or busy , then yes XoloX would continue ( periodically ) to attempt to find new hosts to complete *that* transfer.


As far as leaving a search window open and it continuing to search for unlimited time - that would grossly pollute the gnutella network. XoloX does a few requires ( if you set it to ) over the span of an hour before timing out , then at that point you should do a research.
