Hiding adult content....Does this actually work?

Has anyone tested it, 'cos this would be useful for people blocking bad stuff from their youngsters !

i think that it works by blocking out content that has certain words in its title. so for those words in the list it would be very effective. however, i'm not sure what words are in the list - it's probably quite comprehensive though

if you have children using xolox then its probably a good idea just to have it on as a safety net. you can always take it off when ur online via the password if you want

It was a question about blocking adult content on LW forum and I knew about the feature on Xolox, so I suggested he try it. :)
