xolox can somehow use all my bandwith without download anything and when i try download a find it just sits there and dosent do stuff all

Try setting your upload speed (Tools/Preferences/Network) to 3 or less, to see if that improves your bandwidth usage and downloading.

(Also if you have a firewall that is not properly configured, it could be preventing your downloads from starting.)

Unregistered : you are on dial-up I see. As in the FAQ and in other places in this forum, if using dial-up you should only have it set to 2Kb/sec upload max while downloading.

1.19 and above set this by default during install if you choose that you have a slower connection. Upgrade to 1.20
