xolox network connectin error.

I have a problem in network connection. Before when our internet connection was leaseLine it works fine... but when it changed to DSL I encountered network connection error, then a confirm window appered. "Do you want to re-configure network settings? What happend with my connection?

Our Network Adm. says we don't use Socks. What will I do. I'm not happy if I couldn't run XoloX.
