Builds 485 & 490

-Fixed glitch in downloads not remaining in queue at times when begin from a magnet link.
- Add options to check whether or not to check for a file hash verification + show the message.
- Hash verification dialog added
- Added option in IP blocklist to auto-block hosts that send bad data.
- Fixed a few other minor bugs.
- XoloX signed with Verisign certificate

to my knowledge there are still some known unresolved bugs reported by users still being debugged - but don't occur for everyone.
