Auto rescanning will be changed, due to talks about the healt of the network.
Rescanning is triggered by period of elapsed time and the running searches/downloads.
* We will increase the elapsed time periode by 200%.
* The constrains for jobs to research will be strained. This results in 75% less researches.

Searches in the search tab will close themself after 1 hour.

Resumelist will be placed in the temp directory in stead of xolox/.
This will make backuping the xolox directory easier.

No availability checks are done, before dl or attaching segments together. This is probably the reason why there are that many filestream errors.

Verify 15 minutes max setting link from the pref. to the program

Double-clicking in the download trasfers (TransferpannelTop), Downloads (FilesPanelTop), or shared files (Building Index: ...) where a file is not present (blank space) an access violation occurs.
