Acquisition user

Hi All:

Since my Sinclaire ZX81 I have been playing with computers. I love tinkering and have gone beyond the FAQ suggestions ("Have you turned the computer off and then on? Is it plugged in?"). I also have two MACSs. I decided to join a forum as I am getting in to problems only a fourteen-year-old could solve.... and I don't feel like going back to uni to get a computer Science degree (I think the "science" reference is a little misleading!)
