need any and all help with ipod Please help...I am trying to help my daughter download music to her IPOD and I have no idea what I am doing...she has a SanDisk and Limewire is downloaded on our computer...I have no clue even where to start to download music...I need the basics...if anyone can help me out it will be greatly appreciated...thanks sooooo much...:confused: |

or.... arubagirl (nice name!)... Perhaps you are confusing the name iPOD with your daughter's SANDISK...??? The normal SANDISK products do not need anything special, regarding software, to manage them... 'Manage them' means that you simply treat them ... 'them' meaning so-called memory-sticks or .mp3 players... Simply treat them as if they are another 'disk drive'... Normally all you need to do is start your computer... WAIT until it is ready for use... Click on MY COMPUTER (or the equivalent)... Connect the SANDISK to a USB port... Wait a moment... ZONG !!! Your SANDISK should appear as another 'drive'. Then, simply treat it as you would any other drive when you are working with files... In other words, it's all the same as when you are working with Copy and Move and Delete functions. Makes sense to you ? Hope so ! ;) |
