Question About My Limewire Pro Subscription
 
Help please! For some reason my Limewire Pro does not recognize my email as valid. I tried all emails I have but none are recognized as legit. There is no way to access their Support group without a "valid" email, so I seem to be screwed.

Any advice, anyone? Thanks

I should have followed the Gnutella Forum advice and checked other posts before adding mine because I found my answer shortly afterward by reviewing some other postings.

I had the same problem and asked the same questions. They are extremely VALID questions and should be asked of Limewire. It is very tacky and unprofessional on the part of Limewire to treat registered customers in this way.
You download and use a free version of some application and are constantly reminded about the benefits of registration, then when you do you're treated like *&^%$&*.
I have been an exponent of, if you like and continue to use any application that has a free version, pay the registration to support the developer. I have done this with many applications. However, when it comes time for needing help, most (in my personal experience) are useless.
I am becoming very warm to the idea of hauling up the Jolly Roger until these “two-bit” organisations introduce things like, “service’ and “support’ into their psyche.
I will not be paying another registration fee to Limewire.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do next.

Hi!I also have the same problem!I paid 21.95 a month ago,then updated to xp,and lost limewire pro.limewire SAYS THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE my email,but I'm starting to wonder if I didn't get ripped off.I have looked everywhere for a num ,and can't find one.If you have any luck PLEASE HELP ME!THANKS

When you bought Pro, you would've recieved a link to your Pro personal download page. Have you tried downloading from that page?
