Hello everyone first day of using limewire and love it and is the pro version better than the free

The differences between Pro & basic aren't huge.

Pro will let you connect to a couple more ultrapeers, so there's the potential for better search results. If you're looking for rare files then you might see more of a difference than if you're looking for mainstream stuff. I haven't noticed any huge improvement.

Pro will also let you connect to a few more hosts for download. The max is 14 hosts, if you have a T3 connection. So there's the potential for faster download speeds.

Why not keep the basic for now & try using this hostiles list....you might find that it reduces the amount of crap files that you see in your searches & improves the whole experiencehttp://www.gnutellaforums.com/gettin...lies/smile.gif
