 They are scamming everybody for their $9.95, at minimum. My recommendation is to be assertive, do not answer ANY of their questions, and give them only the order ID number they gave you. That is ALL they should have to know. They refunded $78 of my $88 immediately and the other $9.95 is now in the hands of my credit union  |
