 Hi Tnuhymmot, Welcome to the Gnutella Forums. I can't say for sure, but from what I have read, The RIAA and MPAA have really put the  (HEAT) on ALL Colleges and Uni's. You could ask around to see if any of your Peers are using or attempting to use any P2P Programs. You could also find someone in the IS dept. to see if they will tell you if they Block P2P.
