I am new to all of this,and not really computer savvy.Hope I'm in the right place.Anyway,the problem I have is with the pro edition.Decided to upgrade the other day,but can't launch LW.Happened to open the incomplete folder and lo and behold,saw LW there.Can anyone tell me how to complete the installation without having to pay again.Don't want to delete anything and be on the hook.

Had no problems at all with the older versions,and was quite pleased with the system in general,but now I feel stuck.Any help at all is appreciated.Have a great day.

Have Windows XP home edition,the upgrade is for the 4.18.3 version.I contacted support on this past Sunday,still haven't heard anything from them,so I'm sure glad you guys exist.

I've done all of that,but nothing happens.Another question is,how do I get the program to finish installation without having to pay for the program again.

Go to your email folder & look for your email from customer/sales support & open it & see if the link is still valid. Remember if you paid for 6 months & that length of time has passed then your name will have been removed from their database. Another way to check is go here Lime Wire » Support & click on the Download/Update LimeWire PRO link.
