New user with query on Indiviual file sharing

I recently got my computer (PC)overhauled after a trojan infected it.The operating programme is Windows XP and I have a broadband cable connection.I am running Limewire 4.18.6.which Ireloaded after the overhaul. The query/ problem is, before inthe Library section I had one Shared sub-folder in the Shared Files folder,now I have it and a sub-folder of Individually shared files which all my downloads go into and I can't extract them except in groups.Plus I find it difficult to pick downloads I want . Before. I clicked on the "explore"icon" and a "saved "downloads folder would appear in which I could save or delete files I wanted. Now nothing happens when I click on the "explore" icon.When I save files they arein groups under the name"limewire.m3u."I want to return to just one Shared sub-folder which I can "explore". Can someone please help?
