Hi, I am new to the forums and comfortable with computers, although not very technical. I joined to find answers about limewire. I use an Apple ibook G4, OSX 10.4.11. I connect to the internet via a DSL line, Verizon is my supplier, my modems are Westell and Netopia (have no idea why two modems, but I think because one runs my printer). And, I believe the Limewire version is the free latest one. More interested in finding applications, since I have been unemployed for nearly a year and can't afford to get them any other way. Also, was trying to learn about bit torrent and how it works-is it separate from limewire. The music is great, but my needs are more practical. Anyway, thanks in advance not to yell at me, I will spend some time searching the Limewire forums. Thanks. |
