i have sony wlakman but it won't transfer lw data

What do the sony walkman instructions say? Some portable audio devices require a go-between program to organise & import the audio files. Not sure about your brand or .. model?

you're right..it won't transfer data from lw..it will, I bet, transfer data from lw's shared folder....
