My name is Julie and I am currently the owner of the Technutopia forums. We offer a wide variety of support for various computer issues such as software, hardware, antivirus, p2p file sharing and other things.

Depends how long ago you paid for LW Pro & whether you paid for 6 or 12 months or their occasional cheaper one-off without updates.
