 Why when downloading some files from Limewire 4.18.8 the % of download does not move I use Windows XP home edition and use Limewire 4.18.8, when downloading some bigger files like movies, i have downloading at 20kbps but can stay that way around 15% of it downloads and it can stay at15% for hours and it wont complete the file can someone explain please, this is the first time that i have posted a thread. hope i have done it ok  |
