Hmmm, Most Audio files are MP3's depending on which P2P Program your using and what File Format you download. Can you clearify what your trying to accomplish here or what file format the audio files your trying to convert are?? You Really don't want to degrade a lossy file more than it already is. If Lossless and converting to Lossy?? Will take some time, research, and a few other programs. Not a simple task.

Trying to convert for a portable player? Are they wma or ?
