Limewire Not Working Right

I am running Windows XP Media 2002 edition, Java 1.6, Limewire 5.2 and at lower left corner shows that I am not connected. Online currently but still giving that prompt. I have added it for exceptions in the firewall under control panel but still isn't working. Please help.:bangh:
