Limewire issues When I try to open Limewire an error message appears, displaying error code-500. Can this be solved? |
I'm guessing you are using DOS right or Linux ? You didn't leave us any clues .. we don't have ESP here unfortunately. I am so glad you read the forum rules on what information to provide. Possibly related issue? Mac OS X 10.1: "Error Code -50" Alert Appears When Copying Files From a Remote Disk; ie: where support or shared files or download location is. Or even the program itself. |
when i open limewire it says available in united states only |
That's the LimeWire Shop, yes that's true it's not international. However the actual Gnutella files being shared are from other people like you & others using LimeWire & other Gnutella programs. So search what you wish & download. :) I share between 6,000-16,000 files depending on which computer I'm using at the time. |
Hello . I am having a problem. I am trying to set my downloads on limewire to go directly to my external harddrive in the options section but will not stay set. Can anyone help me? |
Are you using Mac or Windows or Linux? Is it an internal drive or external hard disk drive & what kind? If using Windows, make a note of your settings then Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) Which version of LW & Java are you using? |
