Have you tried tightening the string?
The answer you seek has probably already been answered. To start, you might want to take a look at a thread entitled Connection Problems. Use the Forum Jump at the bottom right of the screen. If you can't find the answer, at least you will learn what info you need to provide when asking a tech question. So far, I know only that you have some kind of computer with a connection problem; hence my sarcastic response.
