I'm new here & need help (please)

I use Livewire Extended Pro and for the first time after downloading a song I'm getting an error message that repeats over and over that the "MP3 is incomplete" & it advises that I open a browser and type in a certain web address. The only way I get it to stop is to restart my computer.

I'm afraid to try to download other songs... Is this a virus?
What can I do to fix this?? Help Please!!!

Definitely a virus/trojan. First delete the mp3 file (which I'm guessing is really an .exe or .com file), the scan your computer with your AntiVirus/AntiSpyware etc.
