Download a song and play it, it sounds like the chipmunks !!!
 

Hello...I am new to this and don't know what i did wrong. I am using limewire 5.57 and when i download a song and play it, it sounds like the chipmunks. How can i fix it?

Most likely, the song is a bad copy.
Have you tried slowing down the playback? (GOM Player and VLC, both free, allow for variable-speed play).

Why not download VLC player instead? It's probably the best free multimedia player for Windows. It supports most of the audio/video file formats out there and has all the codecs installed already. I used it for about 6 months and it has never crashed or had any bugs since that date.
