How do I copy my downloads to "My Music" folder
 

Hi Everyone!

This is my first time posting on this board.
I am having a problem...After I download a song on LimeWire, I would like to copy it to "My Music" folder in "My Document" files. It automatically copies to ITunes but I would like to have it in My Music file also. Is this possible???

I like the previous version, 4.18, of LimeWire much better. I could copy my downloads to any file I wanted. I'm just about ready to uninstall the new version 5 of LimeWire and go to something different because I am so frustrated. :mad2:

You can change the location for saving downloads, so that downloads save to My Music.

Tools > options > transfers. Save all downloads to one folder > browse for My Music > select that folder > click ok. Now click ok again on the main options page.

If you don't need downloads automatically added to iTunes then you can turn that option off in tools > options > My Files > configure how files in LW interact with iTunes > untick the option to automatically add to iTunes > ok. Now click ok on the main options page.
