Downloading Pro
 

Hello forum,

I purchased Limewire Win Pro 5.3.6.1 on November 27 2009 with my credit card and have been trying to upgrade to Limewire 5.5. At the upgrade site Limewire wants the email I downloaded the program with and upon entering it, it does not recognize my email as valid. Limewire customer service seems to be very difficult to get ahold of without a valid email. Any help to contact and get the help I need to upgrade?

How much did you pay for your LW Pro? :)
There were 3 options for purchasing LW Pro. 1. 12 months support. 2. 6 months support. 3. One off copy of LW Pro with no support. (This 3rd option has recently changed to 3 month support.)
