This is my very first forum post ever. My sister recently handed her old Mac OS X computer down to me. I have limited Mac experience and am trying to familiarize myself with it. Excited that she has Adobe CS2 installed on it. Trying to connect to Limewire Version 4.10.9. The computer is a Mac OS X Version 10.4.11. Processor 450 MHz PowerPC G4. Can anyone direct me on this? Thanks. Kim

Try these fixes: If LW 4 Will Not Connect (click on the blue link), and if they don't work, post back your connection details. ;)
(That's an old Mac G4, but should still work fine with LW 4.)

As for LW version, hmm I'd probably recommend LW 4.16 instead, however try the above steps first. ;)

The reason I'd suggest LW 4.16 is there will be more later version LW ultrapeers you could connect to (such as LW 4.18 & LW 5.) LW 4.10 will be limited up to about LW 4.16 I suspect. LW 4.16.6 (which I use) else LW 4.16.7 would be fine: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/mac-os...tml#post271009 ;)
