Greetings phantompanic, and welcome to the Gnutella forums.
I last used LW on Comcast (in San Francisco) a few months ago, but detected no blocking. I've been using Vuze (torrent downloader) with no problems (last used about two weeks ago). I did receive a notice from Comcast about six months ago, after I seeded a movie that I did not know was currently playing in theaters (it was also a CAM copy, though not labeled so). Since my share ratio is 3.0 after about 100 GBs, I stopped seeding for awhile but my downloads have not been interrupted. Do you know if you are being blocked, or are you having trouble connecting/downloading?
