Hey peeps! I need help PLS!
 

Hey all. Hows it going?? I myself am so frustrated and angry it's retarded. I have been a PC user all my life. I finally made the switch to a Mac, it's a Mac 10.4.11 and I am still trying to get the hang of it.
A "friend" was here and I was preoccupied w my 9 month old & realized after he'd left he downloaded Limewire. But it was GREAT!! Loved it! Until yesterday when the very same person came over to help w watching my little one, and to my dismay when I came home (of course AFTER he left) he freaking erased it somehow trying to download Limewire 5 I think it it's name. Well my Mac isn't compatible. I tried EVERYTHING I know and am screwed. Can anyone help me? 'And I'm afraid to admit I'll need it in lamens terms!!

Mac OSX 10.4 is not compatible with LW 5, no unfortunately, due to Apple's Java versions for each OSX version. I'd recommend LW 4.16 rather than 4.18 but up to you. :) http://www.gnutellaforums.com/mac-os...link-here.html. One trick however is you will need to remove the LW 5 install package first.

You just saved my life and I am so grateful. Now I can go to bed with a smile knowing tomorrow I can burn a **** load of music again! THANK YOU!!!!!!
