mac os9.2 and mozilla can't open hotmail
 

Hi,
New here today, not sure if I'm in the right area but if anyone has any info on an old mac 9.2 os using mozilla web browser. everything works fine other than when I try to open my hotmail inbox it just brings up a blank page. I was able to access up to about 2 weeks ago. The only thing I did different then was I cleared out the history and cookies. again I can do everything accept open my hotmail account. this is not my main computer system but just an audio work station that I use for recording music so I use it to share files with my band members ect... any info would be great.

OS 9's netscape is a little out of date. It struggles to handle the newer web pages. Today's web page design uses newer technology in many aspects including later version java, flash, etc. & web pages are usually set to handle a minimum backward version of browsers. You could try another browser instead such as Internet explorer or ... can't remember what others were available for OS9. I think one was called thunder or something I think a sister browser of netscape. I'm not at home for another week so can't check. Edit: thunderbird I think it was called, but there were other brands for OS 9.
