install shield problem please help!!

I have installed limewire and when I click on the icon to open it I get this message from my install shield

Comand Line parameters:
/L language ID
/S Hide intialization dialog. for silent mode use /s
/v/qn.
/v parameters to MisExec.exe
/UA <url to InstiMsiA.exe>
/UW<url to InstiMsiW.exe>
/UM<url to msi package>

Someone please help me I am so confused!!

try to redownload and reinstall Limewire.
you should uninstall Limewire before reinstalling it.
