Windows Problems with installing LimeWire or WireShare for Windows users |

![]() I'm having the same problem. I have multiple versions of J2SE installed (I'm a Java developer) and don't want to remove all of them just to get it to install. If I allow LimeWire to try and install the run time environment it allways crashes part of the way through. Does anyone know where the installer expects to find Java? I can then install it where it expects to find it. Or what setting is it looking for? I have set JAVA_HOME to point to 1.3.1 to no avail. The ideal, of course, would be to be able to tell the installer where the JRE was. |
