you have to change the oleaut32.dll file because it is corrupted :

Search oleaut32.dll in the cab installtion file of cd rom installation of windows os.

copy it in c:\

reboot with a boot disk in ms dos.
and write :
c:>copy c:\oleaut32.dll c:\windows\system\oleaut32.dll

Reboot in normal mode and that's it.

so it resolve the problem in my 98 SE.
