instalation in XP pro not working at all

I have lime wire 2.4.4 and it runs ok. Tried to install limewire Pro and cannot run the instalation. files are just files not install programs. Please help or I'll have to delete the files and request my money back!

Appears that when I download the files pc tries to dial a connection... I use DSL no phone line connected to a modem... so how do I get arround this
