installatoin problem

Whenever I attempt to install limewire 2.5 it gets to a message that says. downloading file INSTMSIW.EXE; it sits there for awhile and then errors out. running windows 2000. amd athlon thunderbird processor.

i cant install it..it gets up to the part where it says "instmsia.exe file error"..i dont get it can u help?
