Default fatal errror 1603... anyone? anyone?

I'm trying to upgrade form the free version of limewire to limewire pro and it seems the installer is lost. it can't find a file needed to uninstall the old version and i can't do a software uninstall of the old version of limewire via windows because it hangs. I'm running windows 2K. the first error I get is:

Setup could not find a file on the specified path or disk. Please check that the proper disk is inserted or specify a new path. Unable to locate file: C:\DOCUME~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\_is35A\LimeWirePro.msi

Second error is:
Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation. Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information... not that MSN will be of any help whatsoever... the greedy *******s.

Anyone else had this problem?

Yes I'm experiencing exactly the same problem(s).

Before the Error 1603 message, I get a message as follows:

"LimeWire Pro Error
Error 1334. The file 'donotremove.htm' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in the cabinet file 'Data1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

On clicking OK the Installer window then shows "Rolling back action" before displaying the Error 1603 message window.

I think there may be a problem with the package.

Thank you. Yes I panicked when the initial installation would not complete, but got the link to the correct version via my purchase confirmation Email.

No problem Brian. Also remember that LimeWire Pro users can always access technical support at: http://www.limewire.com/index.jsp/supportpro
