JRE installation not found

when trying to launch limewire 2.6.3, it says error opening - 0 ( can't locate a suitable JRE installation) - even though J2RE 1.31_04 is registered in the control panel in Windows ME. what should i do?

Download the latest JRE from the Sun Website: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html
