Can' Get Started

I AM RUNNING WINDOWS XP AND I HAVE INSTALLED LIMEWIRE SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO GET IT TO LAUNCH AND IT WON'T. IT SEEMS TO INSTALL FINE BUT WON'T DO ANYTHING AFTER THAT!
