Upgrade / Install Error 1714 & 1603 for Pro

Error 1714 was a problem removing the old version, and then another dialog box for same error, informed of problem 1603, and to consult the MSI.CHM help file or contact MSDN. jeesh

I'm having the same problem. I can't remove the old ver. to install the new ver. DOES ANYONE HAVE A FIX FOR THIS?

1714 / 1603 ERROR
