entry point_JVM_SupportsCX8@0 could not be located

I've been using 2.7 for a while now without issue.

Just tried to install 2.8 (basic) and got this error message:
"The procedure entry point_JVM_SupportsCX8@0 could not be located in the dynamic link library jvm.dll. "

I've seen a few posts in the forum with the similar problem...but haven't seen any solutions.

Does anyone know how to get around this?
