Help, I can't install!

My OS is Windows ME. I have a DSL connection with plenty of RAM, harddrive space etc. I downloaded LimeWire Basic from the website. When I try to install I get this error: An error occurred while downloading file http://www.installengine/cert02/isengine/isscript.msi. I'm then given the choice to either retry (which just gives me the same error) or cancel. I have this same problem regardless of the version of LimeWire I try or the source from which I downloaded it.
