Cant get install for 2.8

I'm currently on version 2.7 and when I run the app it tells me an upgrade to 2.8 is availble. However the download on the website does not upgrade my version. Has the 2.8 version been taking off the download sight?

I have 2.7. The link for 2.8.5 will not work. I have tried it several times. I disabled real download, and it still will not work. What else can I do? I've always been able to upgrade in the past.
