Security Alert/error 1621

Hi there
Just downloaded free latest version on LImeWire. Download went well but when it came to install it, right after downloading the install wiz I got a Security Alert (No 1621?) which said:

"The autenticity of this content cannot be verified, therefore cannot be trusted.

Problem:
The signature doesn't match the content of the signed message.
Do you want to install and run ""C:\windows\TEMP\_is62E2\instmsia.exe"" signed on an unknown date/time and distributed by

Unknown Publisher"

Not knowing what to do I said NO, obviously. Then I got a window with a no. 1621 saying "Failed to verify signature of file instmsia.exe"

Any idea why/what is going on? Computer runs Win 98 and I have admin rights.
