Are you sure you are talking about Limewire? Limewire is written in Java and not C++...

LimeWire is using C++ libraries on Windows and there are also Assertion failures under Java that may be displayed to the user. I can't tell what's causing it without seeing the exact error message but unless LimeWire crashes its usually a small bug and quite harmless.

Technically it does crash though... It wont run, and if you really need i guess i can type the error out, its long and code like.

You should also scan your computer with ad-aware:

Especially when you are installing ad supported applications, some of these ads are displaying pop ups!
