I Need To Uninstall Limewire Please Help!!
 

Im trying to uninstall limewire 3.8.6 and it wont let me so i threw it all in the trash and ran a registry cleaner i have i think i removed all invalid registries to limewire..so i thought but i cannot reinstall over 3.8.6 is why i uninstalled it because i wanted to install the newer version 4.0 whatever but it wouldnt let me reinstall over my old version it says cannot delete an older version of limewire!!! Please someone from limewire or some one who know how i can completely remove whatever of limewire is embedded in my system help me remove it.. i like limewire i just wanna install the new features of the newer version and it wont uninstall im stumped please help thanks

here you go if you have already givin up hope then youll never see this but for others i had the same problem heres your soulution it worked for me and i now have the newest version of limewire and uninstalled that old pesty one visit this link and download microsoft windows installer clean up utility and wholah problems solved here is the link with all the info on the site download and enjoy and let me just say this if i had never visited this post i wouldnt of found a solution probaly so help others and be helped yourself or somethin like that :)

Thanks! worked for me too, except I had to remove 3.8.5 dir by hand.
